Owners Doug and Kristine Penner bring over 30 combined years of experience in the hospitality industry along with a dedication and passion for great service. We offer a wide variety of quality freshly cooked meals including premium steaks, great selection of entrees, salads and appetizers. Over 40 of our menu items are also available gluten free. We are known for our great Carver's Knife steaks, aged in our coolers before being cut and grilled to order, and our mile high slow baked cheesecakes, made daily in house. We pride ourselves on our take out, banquet facilities, and catering services, making us the perfect choice for any occasion.
