Footsteps Family Centre is a fully licensed child care centre located in Thunder Bay, offering full-time and part-time child care programming for children from infancy to 12 years. We cater to children with special needs and physical disabilities, and our experienced staff provide a small, personal centre with a focus on outdoor play and learning. Our facility has a natural playscape, and we coordinate our resources and staff to offer all children the care they deserve. We welcome all children to our facility and strive to provide a fun, friendly, and inviting environment that encourages learning and growth.

Nanabijou Child Care Centre is a nurturing place for adults and children to learn together, providing inclusive, affordable, licenced quality childcare to over one hundred children ranging from infancy to 4 years of age. Our curriculum is based in play and augmented with field trips, daily activities, special visitors and outdoor experiences. Our emphasis is upon the process rather than the outcome, encouraging each child to take risks and try new ideas to build confidence and ability at their own speed. We prioritize the students, staff and faculty of Lakehead University as well as the larger community of Thunder Bay.
