Welcome to Tranquility Counselling, where we understand that individuals are whole beings, comprising thoughts, emotions, the body, and life force. Our approach to holistic counselling connects you to the source of creation, utilizing practices such as meditation, breathing exercises, therapeutic shamanism, and yogic philosophy. We also incorporate plant medicine to alter your perception of reality, stimulating serotonin in the brain and promoting a deeper sense of connection.

Meet Our Team

At Tranquility Counselling, we are proud to have a diverse and experienced team of professionals dedicated to supporting clients on their healing journeys. Michelle Srih, our founder and main therapist, is a cis woman, POC, immigrant, and single mother who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. With a strong background in Buddhist philosophy and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, Michelle has developed a unique approach to holistic therapy that draws on a variety of modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, ThetaHealing, and Therapeutic Shamanism. Michelle is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for clients to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and achieve their goals.

Ashley Will, our second counselor, is a trauma-informed, holistic therapist who specializes in grief and loss, body image, eating, and LGBTQ+ topics. With a background in Existentialism, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Yoga, Ashley creates thoughtful and creative connections with her clients, using her formal education and personal healing journey to facilitate conversations that honor the mind, body, and soul.
