Empowering individuals, couples, and families to thrive
Welcome to our practice, where we are dedicated to helping you resolve your problems and achieve your goals. Our team of Clinical Psychologists, registered to practice in Ontario with the College of Psychologists, has over two decades of experience in providing psychology services to a diverse range of individuals in distress. We are conveniently located in Burlington and serve clients from Oakville, Hamilton, Milton, Ancaster, and Dundas. Our practice is committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and empathetic environment, where you can feel secure and comfortable as we work together to create the change you require.
Our Focus
Our primary focus is to establish clear goals to address your problem, working with you to set out what needs change or improvement. We then use our knowledge and experience with a number of psychotherapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and others, to determine which methods we should use based on what best suits you and the problem you are dealing with. Our psychologists are trained to work with adults, young adults (16 years and up), older adults, couples, and relationships. We work in an empathetic and respectful manner, ensuring the confidentiality of your sessions and your personal information. We are also experienced in being part of a healthcare or other team to help you achieve a total solution to your goal.
