Our Story

Nestled in the heart of Calgary, Yoga Passage is the city's oldest and most esteemed yoga studio, exuding timeless serenity and offering unparalleled instruction, fostering a deeply rooted community of dedicated practitioners. Our studio has a rich history, dating back to 2003, when we first opened our doors in a heritage building in Downtown YYC. Over the years, we've expanded our offerings of classes and developed the most extensive trainings in the city.

We strive to create a sense of community and belonging among our patrons, staff, teachers, and volunteers. Our Services

At Yoga Passage, we offer a wide range of services to cater to different needs and preferences. Our dedicated infrared hot studio and non-heated studio provide the perfect environment for our students to practice yoga. We offer private sessions, teacher training, workshops, and immersions to help our students deepen their practice. Our skilled and passionate therapists provide massage, acupuncture, cupping, fascial release, osteo therapy, and therapeutic deep tissue massage to promote relaxation and healing.
