Wendy Spence, the founder of our business, began her career in advertising in Paris and London. After six years of trying to balance her love of sports and the demands of a busy office environment, she decided to pursue her passion for fitness and health. Wendy completed a diploma in fitness training and sports therapy with Premier Training and Development and earned her Fitness Instructors certification with ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). She also worked as a freelance personal trainer at Champneys, Piccadilly, and was later headhunted to work at London's premier health club, The Harbour Club.
Wendy's commitment to fitness and health extends beyond her own personal training business. She continues her studies and is currently working towards her C.H.E.K Level 2 qualification. Wendy is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in fitness and health, ensuring that her clients receive the most effective and safe training programs.
