Services
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga uses silk hammocks to decompress the spine and improve flexibility. This practice combines traditional yoga poses with aerial acrobatics to build strength and balance. Suitable for all levels, it offers a fun, low-impact workout that enhances core stability and joint mobility while reducing stress.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga classes focus on foundational postures and breathing techniques for physical and mental rejuvenation. This all-levels class emphasizes proper alignment and mindful movement to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Students learn traditional yoga practices in a structured, accessible format that prepares them for more advanced styles.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes breath with dynamic movement sequences to create an energizing practice. This faster-paced class builds heat and endurance while improving cardiovascular health and muscular strength. Students flow through sun salutations and creative pose sequences that challenge coordination and cultivate mindfulness through movement.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues through long-held poses ranging from 2-10 minutes. This meditative practice improves joint mobility and fascia elasticity while promoting deep relaxation and stress reduction. Students learn to quiet the mind and develop patience through sustained postures that complement more active yoga styles and physical activities.
Teacher Training
Our Yoga Teacher Training programs develop skilled instructors through comprehensive curriculum covering anatomy, sequencing, and teaching methodology. The 35-hour aerial certification and 15-hour advanced module teach safe hammock setup, pose progressions, and class structure. Graduates receive recognized certification to teach aerial yoga with confidence and expertise.
