Empowering Individuals, Fostering Resilience

Our Mission

Delta Psychology is a group of independent private practitioners dedicated to collaboratively empowering children, adolescents, and their families to maximize their potential and enhance their emotional well-being. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, providing assessments and therapy services to address a wide range of concerns.

Who We Are

Our team comprises experienced and compassionate psychologists with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. We are all registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive suite of services to address various mental health and developmental concerns. These include:

Assessments

  • Psychological and psycho-educational assessments to diagnose learning difficulties, ADHD, giftedness, developmental concerns, behavioral and emotional issues.
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments.

Therapy

  • Individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Therapy for anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, tic disorders, selective mutism, low self-esteem, anger management, and interpersonal issues.
  • Play therapy for younger children.

Consultation

  • Collaborative consultation with parents, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions.

Our Approach

We believe in building strong, therapeutic relationships with our clients. We utilize evidence-based interventions and combine traditional therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with other models like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and supportive parenting for anxious childhood emotions (SPACE) to tailor our approach to each client's unique needs.

Working Together

We collaborate with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic solutions and empower clients to reach their full potential. We also offer comprehensive resources and referrals to support families on their journey.
