Reviews
Positive: The staff and trainers were welcoming and helpful during the open house event.
Negative: The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the program quality and facilities cleanliness were below expectations.

Staff Behavior and Respect

The staff behavior and respect for visitors have been highlighted as major concerns in the reviews. One reviewer, Ron Boy, mentioned that the staff was very ugly with visitors, which led him to decide never to bring his kids again. Similarly, Brooke expressed her disappointment as the instructor was either injured or sick and only focused on a few students, leaving the rest unassisted.

However, Kristine had a more positive experience, mentioning that the staff and trainers were amazing, helpful, and welcoming during the open house event.

Programs and Activities

The quality of the programs and activities offered has received mixed reviews. Sean Cody noted that the intro program was primarily focused on the girls' program, and the enrollment process was misleading. Brooke mentioned that her daughter seemed to lose some skills instead of improving them.

On the other hand, Kristine found the space to be great for kids and the trainers to be welcoming.

Facilities and Cleanliness

The cleanliness and facilities have also been a topic of discussion. Ryan Bialek mentioned that there was a smelly smell that was unpleasant. Shawn Fletcher noted that there was no soap in the washrooms on multiple visits, which is concerning given the number of surfaces the kids handle.

Affordability and Value

The affordability and value of the programs offered have been questioned. Kristine mentioned that the space was great but wished it was more affordable.

Overall Experience

The overall experience has been varied, with some reviewers having a positive experience and others having negative encounters. The staff behavior, program quality, and facilities cleanliness have been the main areas of concern.
