Metta Movement Arts is an online and mobile in-person movement & wellness education hub. We are dedicated to promoting whole body wellness through the ancient healing art forms of Yoga, Meditation/Mindfulness, Thai Massage, and Tok Sen. Our mission is to share healthy, accessible movement and healing systems that guide people toward designing more engaged, healthy lives that align with their inner wisdom. We strive to educate individuals in ways that are more aligned with Eastern systems of whole body healing and wellness wisdom, which includes taking care of Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul.

At Metta Movement Arts, we believe that when we consistently take good care of ourselves, we have more energy and desire to play, share, shine, and give back. That's why we regularly offer Thai Massage trainings and services, public and online yoga classes, workshops, and Restorative Yoga Trainings. We offer a variety of services, including:

Online Studio

Our Online Studio offers Zoom Schedule Membership Plans, providing live online classes and full video library access. Our classes include Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and guided breathing exercises. Our Mini Massage Series Course, Mini Chair Yoga Series, and How to Make Homemade Props resources are also available. Our Class Library includes recorded live Unwind&Restore, Restorative Yoga, and Chair Yoga classes. Our online community is a warm and welcoming space for individuals to connect, learn, and grow.

Thai Massage

We offer Thai Massage trainings and services, including Continuing Ed Trainings, Certification Training, and Services. Our Table Thai Series, From The Heart Up Mat Essentials 1.0, Sundays In Spring Series, and Thai Massage Service List resources are also available. Our Thai Massage services promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

Yoga

Our Yoga services include Yoga Workshops/Trainings, In-Person Studio Classes, and Events & Retreats. Our Rest & Recover Restorative Yoga + Thai Massage + Healing Sound Bath event is a unique and transformative experience. Our Yoga classes and workshops promote flexibility, strength, and inner peace.

Wellness Webinars and Online Programs

Our Wellness Webinars and Online Programs provide individuals with the opportunity to learn and grow from the comfort of their own homes. Our programs include a variety of topics, including meditation, mindfulness, and healthy living.
