Santa Lucia Pizza began in 1971 as a small pizzeria in Thompson, Manitoba, founded by the Simeonidis family while they worked at the Inco Nickel mines. Our commitment to quality and tradition quickly made us the busiest pizzeria in the area. In 1974, we relocated to Winnipeg, expanding our reach and reputation. By 1990, we opened our first international location in Fargo, ND, continuing our legacy of handcrafted dough, sauces, and Greek-inspired dishes.
