Services
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) helps clients modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors through structured, goal-oriented sessions. Our clinicians use evidence-based techniques to treat anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. This short-term therapy emphasizes skill-building and collaborative problem-solving to improve emotional regulation and coping strategies.
Psychoeducational Assessments
Comprehensive psychoeducational assessments identify learning disabilities, ADHD, and cognitive processing challenges through standardized testing. Our psychologists evaluate academic performance, cognitive abilities, and emotional factors to develop targeted intervention plans. These assessments help educators and families implement effective support strategies for children and adolescents.
Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness-based interventions teach present-moment awareness to reduce stress and improve emotional regulation. Clients learn techniques to disengage from automatic negative thought patterns through guided practice. This approach effectively complements treatment for anxiety, depression, and chronic pain management.
Executive Functioning Training
Specialized training programs improve executive functioning skills like organization, time management, and impulse control. Our clinicians work with clients to develop practical strategies for daily life challenges. This service benefits individuals with ADHD, learning difficulties, or cognitive impairments affecting work or academic performance.
Virtual Therapy Sessions
Secure virtual therapy sessions provide accessible mental health care through encrypted video platforms. Ontario residents can access all services remotely, maintaining confidentiality and treatment quality. This flexible option accommodates busy schedules while ensuring continuity of care for clients preferring remote sessions.
