Our Studio
For over 20 years, Victoria Pilates has been dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. Our spacious studio is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including mat rooms, Trapeze Tables, Reformers, Springboards, Ladder Barrels, Wunda and Split Chairs, and more. We are fully accessible and offer plenty of free parking. Our studio is proud to be a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), a not-for-profit professional association dedicated to setting standards for the Pilates industry.
Meet Our Team
Our team of experienced instructors, led by Susan VanCadsand, Owner and Program Director, are dedicated to providing exceptional instruction and guidance. Susan was introduced to Pilates while dancing with the New York City Ballet and has over 20 years of experience in teaching Pilates. She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and has a Master's degree in Human Kinetics. Our instructors are committed to continuing education and are guided by a code of ethics.
