Our Team

At Barracks Fitness, we pride ourselves on our experienced and certified coaching team. Our coaches are passionate about fitness and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.

  • Eric Barber: Founder and Head Coach, Eric has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, with certifications in CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Gymnastics, and more.
  • Christi Barber: Coach and Founder, Christi has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, with certifications in CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2, CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Gymnastics, and more.
  • Terry Stevens: Coach, Terry has a background in squash and has been a part of the Barracks Fitness family since its inception. He specializes in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
  • Darcy Vink: Coach, Darcy has been a part of the Barracks Fitness family since 2016 and holds certifications in CrossFit Level 1 & Level 2.

Our Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest equipment and technology to ensure you have a safe and effective workout. Our 5,000 square-foot facility features:

  • Olympic Lifting Platforms: 15 squat stations, 30+ pull-up bars, 8 climbing ropes, and more.
  • Tools and Equipment: 7,000+ pounds of bumper plates, 40 barbells, 22 plyo boxes, and more.
