Our Story

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I, Maree Leighton, have been passionate about helping people achieve their fitness, strength, and nutrition goals since 2004. I believe that everyone deserves to experience the pleasurable side of fitness and nutrition, rather than viewing it as a chore. With my expertise and personalized approach, I have helped over 100 clients, ranging in age from 10 to 88, achieve their goals and transform their lives.

Personal Training

In our truly private sessions, we focus solely on you, working closely together to set and achieve your personal goals. Whether you're looking to manage your weight, build muscle strength and endurance, or increase mobility, flexibility, and balance, we'll work together to build a custom fitness plan that you'll actually stick to.

Group Fitness Training & Boot Camps

For those who thrive in a group setting, we offer group fitness training sessions and boot camps that incorporate cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training. These sessions can be tailored to accommodate up to 4 friends and can be held in our private gym or outdoors, weather permitting.

Nutrition Coaching

We believe that nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. Our nutrition coaching services are designed to help you improve your current nutrition, based on your lifestyle and goals. We'll work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan that will help you feel clear-headed, energized, and confident.

Online Coaching

For those with busy lifestyles, our online fitness and nutrition coaching services offer a convenient and flexible way to start working towards your health and fitness goals. Through our Precision Nutrition Pro Coach platform, you'll receive daily check-ins and simple habits to help you stay consistent, no matter where you are in the world.
