Our Story
Our studio was born out of a passion for Pilates and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Our founder, Jackie Hornung, has been practicing Pilates for over 20 years and has seen firsthand the transformative power of this exercise system. After retiring from a 25-year career in the corporate world, Jackie decided to pursue her dream of opening a Pilates studio where she could share her knowledge and expertise with others.
