The Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan (APAS) is a non-partisan, democratically elected farm policy and advocacy organization that has been representing Saskatchewan's farmers and ranchers since 2000. APAS is a non-profit organization focused on advocating on behalf of producers to create success for farm and ranch families. With its rural connectivity task force, APAS is committed to improving rural cellular service and high-speed internet. The organization also provides a range of services, including policy submissions, carbon tax management, and business risk management. APAS represents ratepayers in 135 rural municipalities and has a strong presence in the Saskatchewan agricultural sector.
