Wood's Homes is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of children, young people, adults, and families since 1914. With over a century of experience, we have developed a range of programs and services that cater to the unique needs of each individual and family.

Our Services

At Wood's Homes, we understand that no two individuals or families are alike, which is why we offer a diverse range of services to address the complex needs of those we serve. Our services are divided into six pillars, each with several different programs and services.

In-Home & Counselling Services

Our in-home and counselling services provide support and guidance to individuals and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Our experienced therapists use evidence-based practices to help individuals and families develop the skills and strategies they need to manage their mental health challenges.

Therapeutic Campus Care

Our therapeutic campus care programs provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth who require intensive support to manage their mental health challenges. Our trained staff work closely with each individual to develop a personalized plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Foster Care, Therapeutic Foster Care & Parented Group Homes

Our foster care programs provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and youth who are unable to live with their biological parents. Our foster parents and caregivers are trained to provide the love, support, and guidance that each child needs to thrive.

Community Group Care & Specialized Group Care

Our community group care and specialized group care programs provide support and guidance to individuals and families who require additional support to manage their mental health challenges. Our programs are designed to be flexible and adaptable to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

Housing & Hub Services

Our housing and hub services provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families who require stable housing and ongoing support to manage their mental health challenges. Our housing and hub services are designed to be flexible and adaptable to meet the unique needs of each individual and family.

Learning Centres

Our learning centres provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth who require additional support to succeed in school. Our trained staff work closely with each individual to develop a personalized plan that addresses their unique learning needs and goals.
