Communications and Customer Service
The reviews highlight significant issues with the company's communication and customer service. Karen Harris and Bruce Batman had terrible experiences with the company's lack of responsiveness, with Harris stating that the company does not respond to queries in a timely manner, and Batman claiming that he repeatedly requested accommodations for his severe citrus allergy, only to have them ignored.
