Our Mission

Our primary goal is to provide physical activity and quality gymnastics instruction in a fun and safe environment. We nurture the physical and emotional growth of each gymnast, focusing on the fun, fitness, and fundamental skills of this incredible sport.

Recreational Programs

Our recreational programs cater to a diverse range of ages and abilities, starting from teaching basic movement patterns and progressing to more advanced skills. Each program is designed to foster a love for the sport and encourage physical development in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

Competitive Programs

For those with competitive aspirations, we offer competitive training programs that nurture talented gymnasts and prepare them for regional and provincial competitions. Our Team

Our coaches are certified in first aid/CPR and are at minimum NCCP Gymnastics Foundations trained in Artistic Gymnastics and Trampoline. Many of our coaches hold higher levels of certification and training, ensuring your child receives expert guidance and personalized attention.
