Counselling Services

As a seasoned therapist, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of concerns. My counselling approach is rooted in Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural, and Narrative Therapy perspectives. I believe that individuals possess inner strengths and abilities that can be nurtured and applied to overcome life's challenges.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, grief, interpersonal challenges, or other issues, I am here to offer a listening ear and a compassionate approach. My counselling services can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Fees and Payment Options

My counselling fees are $130 per 60-minute session. I understand the importance of finding the right therapist, and I am committed to providing a welcoming and supportive environment. If you have any questions or concerns about my counselling style or fees, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am willing to discuss payment options, including employer-funded extended health plans, ICBC, and Victim's Assistance programs. Payment can be made through cash, cheque, or electronic transfer.

Behavioural Consulting

As a Behaviour Consultant, I have had the privilege of working with families and children with Autism to develop tailored behaviour plans. With over 28 years of experience, I have worked extensively with children, families, and community professionals to address a wide range of needs. My approach is to assess the unique abilities and needs of each child and design a behaviour plan that fits their lifestyle and abilities.

Fees and Payment Options

My Behaviour Consulting fees are $130 per hour for services in your home and community settings. Travel fees may apply depending on your location and time required. These fees are billed through the Autism Funding Program of the BC Government. I provide Behaviour Consulting services in Nanaimo and surrounding areas.
