Our Services
Krisanna's private counseling practice in Parksville, BC, Canada, is designed to address various life issues, including overcoming depression and anxiety, relationships and sexuality, reducing the effects of trauma, controlling addictions and compulsions, building self-esteem, coping with loss, getting "unstuck" in life, and stress management. Her extensive yoga training (RYT 200 hours, RYT 500 hours, advanced yoga/meditation training) enables her to incorporate mindfulness and breathwork into her therapy sessions, promoting a holistic approach to wellness.
In addition to individual and group counseling, Krisanna delivers seminars on various topics related to wellness, providing a comprehensive and inclusive approach to mental health care. Her expertise has been recognized by the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counselors, who awarded her the Professional Care Award for exhibiting special creativity and effectiveness in providing mental health care.
