Group Classes
Our group Pilates classes combine traditional methodology with modern exercise science. Options include mat classes using props like stability rollers and resistance bands, equipment-based sessions on reformers and cadillacs, and specialized programs like Gravity Straps & Kettlebars. Classes are categorized by skill level to ensure appropriate challenge while maintaining safety. Participants develop core strength, improve posture, and enhance body awareness through structured sequences that promote functional movement patterns.
Private Training
Customized private Pilates sessions address individual needs through personalized assessment and program development. Ideal for clients with chronic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation requirements, or specific fitness goals. Sessions utilize specialized equipment to improve alignment, correct muscular imbalances, and build functional strength. Our instructors create home exercise programs to complement studio sessions, ensuring continuity of care and progress tracking over time.
Teacher Training
Our 450-hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training program meets National Pilates Certification Program standards. The modular curriculum covers mat and equipment instruction, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practicum experience. Participants receive hands-on training with experienced mentors, preparing them for PMA certification exams. The program includes weekend sessions spread across multiple months to accommodate working professionals seeking career development in Pilates instruction.
Workshops
Thematic workshops focus on specific Pilates applications like MOTR (More Than a Roller) training and Essentrics. These sessions provide concentrated skill development in specialized areas, combining movement education with self-myofascial release techniques. Participants learn functional exercises that improve joint mobility, muscle elasticity, and cellular vitality through structured sequences that can be integrated into regular fitness routines.
Online Classes
Live and recorded online Pilates sessions maintain the quality and structure of in-studio instruction. The program includes mat classes, reformer workouts, and specialized sequences for different ability levels. Participants receive real-time feedback during live sessions while recorded content allows flexible scheduling. The virtual platform maintains the studio's emphasis on proper form, progressive overload, and mind-body connection through guided instruction.

Questions
How do I use the 2-week unlimited class pass?
Start by booking your first class online through Mindbody Scheduler. The pass begins on your first attended class date and grants access to all classes except workshops.
Can I drop into classes without prior experience?
Yes, though we recommend starting with Level 1/2 equipment classes. Mat-based classes usually have space, but equipment classes require advance booking.
Are modifications available for injuries?
Our instructors provide personalized modifications. We recommend one private session before group classes for clients with significant injuries or chronic conditions.
How does the referral program work?
When new clients mention your referral, you receive $10 studio credit. There's no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
What should I wear to class?
Wear non-restrictive fitness attire. We recommend bare feet or non-slip Pilates toe-socks. All equipment including mats is provided.
Can I attend classes while pregnant?
Consult your physician first. We recommend private sessions to develop a safe home program with appropriate modifications for your pregnancy stage.
