Our Story
PoleJunkies originally started as a nickname back in 2002. Our founder, Alena Downs, was crowned with many titles, claiming she was one of the best entertainers and pole performers in Canada. During her travels, Alena offered classes to dancers and everyday women, and she could see the need for this art to be brought into the public eye. In 2004, the first instructional classes in Edmonton began, and since then, we have grown to become Calgary's premier pole and aerial fitness studio.

Our certified instructors and educated mentors will guide you through our classes, workshops, and parties, ensuring that you have a fun and safe experience.
