Oak Counselling Services Society is deeply rooted in empathy, compassion, and hope. Driven by a dedicated team of volunteers, we work to improve the emotional well-being of our community by offering professional, accessible counselling services.

Our Approach

We understand that mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of background or financial situation. Our approach is person-centred, focusing on empowering individuals to take charge of their mental well-being. We provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where you can explore your concerns and work towards positive change.

Our Services

Oak Counselling offers a variety of services to meet individual needs, including:

• Individual Counselling: One-on-one sessions with qualified counsellors to address a wide range of concerns.
• Couples Counselling: Support for couples to address communication issues, conflict resolution, and strengthen their relationships.
• Group Counselling: Regular sessions where individuals can share their experiences, learn new coping mechanisms, and find support in a peer-led environment.

• Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges
• Couples facing relationship difficulties
• Parents struggling to manage parenting stress
