Our Services
We offer a range of counselling services, including adult counselling, child and youth counselling, family and parent counselling, and women's counselling. Our counsellors are trained to provide confidential, compassionate, and inclusive support to help individuals and families overcome struggles and achieve their goals. Additionally, we offer a variety of support groups, including adult support groups, child and youth support groups, and family and parent support groups, which provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect with others who share similar experiences.

Our programs and services are designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. We offer early years programming, connecting rainbows, newcomer women's group, and kind pride club, among others. Our programs are tailored to provide support and resources to individuals and families in need, and are delivered in an environment that is inclusive, confidential, and safe.
