Our Services
At Candace Curry, we specialize in providing individual therapy sessions to individuals aged 17 and older. Our services are designed to help individuals cope with various challenges, including depression, anxiety, loss, grief, separation, divorce, life transitions, stress management, interpersonal communication, and parenting. Our approach is goal-directed, focusing on the achievement of goals and change, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness.
About Candace Curry
Candace Arden Curry, MA, RPsych, is a registered psychologist in Alberta with over 25 years of experience in private practice. She has also been an adjunct professor in the Master of Counselling Program with Gonzaga University since 1997. Candace values her professional connections with the College of Alberta Psychologists, the Psychologists Association of Alberta, and the Canadian Psychological Association. When not working, Candace enjoys family time, time with friends and colleagues, time alone, and time with her dog.
Our Approach
At Candace Curry, we believe that our clients have the answers to their questions inside them, and our role is to facilitate the expression of those answers. We work with clients in a goal-directed manner, keeping our focus on achieving goals and change. Our approach is centered around helping individuals develop strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges, and to improve their overall well-being.
