Our Services
We offer a wide range of mental health and autism services and supports to children, youth, and adults. Our services are designed to build on strengths, focus on skill-building, coping strategies, relationships, independence, and resilience. We provide counselling services, including Strongest Families Brief Services, Adolescent Day Treatment, and Intensive Services, as well as Wraparound Early Years and Respite programs. Our autism services include Autism Social Skills Groups, Halton Autism Services, Entry to School Caregiver Mediated Early Years, LEAP Preschool, and Centre-Based Services. We also offer programs such as Parenting Groups, SNAP, FASD, and Youth Justice TAPP-C.
In addition to our in-person services, we also offer tele-mental health services, webinars, and online resources to support our clients and their families. Our Woodview Learning Centre provides training and education to professionals and families, and our community partnerships allow us to reach more people and provide comprehensive support.
Our Programs
We have programs in Brantford, Halton, and Hamilton, each offering a range of services and supports tailored to the needs of the local community. Our Brantford programs include Brantford Mental Health, Brantford Autism Services, and Woodview in the Square. Our Halton programs include Halton Mental Health, Halton Autism Services, and Halton Counselling & Outreach. Our Hamilton programs include Hamilton Mental Health, Hamilton Day Treatment, and PEERS Social Skills for Adults.
