BRINGING LIFE TO YOUR SMILE
The Art of Balance, more commonly known as TAB Fitness, was established with the primary objective of enhancing the overall well-being of individuals by providing them with the right blend of fitness classes, personalized training, and a commitment to meeting their unique goals and needs. Our approach is built on three fundamental principles: offering the right class, adopting the right approach, and doing so at the right time.
At TAB Fitness, we understand that every person is unique and has distinct fitness goals, desires, and levels of experience. That's why we offer a diverse range of classes to cater to each individual's desires. Our class selection includes personal training, youth dance conditioning, and various other classes to help you achieve your fitness objectives.
Our fitness philosophy is centered around a natural, fun, and holistic approach. We believe that maintaining a balanced lifestyle requires a broad offering that goes beyond just diet and exercise. It includes rest, self-care, and taking time for yourself to enjoy a class. We focus on a more natural approach to fitness that includes movement, variety, and progressive challenges.
Lastly, we are committed to being right here in your neighborhood and welcoming you to take an hour or more for yourself. Our location in Bloor West Village / Baby Point makes it convenient for you to step out and enjoy a class.
